Project Overview

A climate-controlled Class A self-storage facility in Greenville's high-growth suburban corridor, comprising 900 units across four stories with best-in-class security and digital access systems. Centerra Realty identified the infill site, managed entitlements and construction, and executed a stabilized sale to a national storage REIT upon achieving 90% occupancy within 14 months of opening.
